Pillars of Wisdom
Maranatha High School strives to equip our students to lead lives “of purpose and distinction”, as reflected by the character our students exhibit. To that end, we have launched the Pillars of Wisdom, a compilation of character qualities that our students have developed. These are the character qualities that our students want to possess. Maranatha is charged with building and strengthening these character qualities in our students during their high school experience.
The Pillars of Wisdom is integrated into our students’ daily lives -- in the classrooms, on the athletic fields, in student clubs, on the stage, at monthly assemblies, and in our student mentor program. The development of our students’ character is an important component of our school’s mission, the foundation upon which our academic excellence is built, and the cornerstone of the “Maranatha Difference”.
