Pre-Participation Clearance  *NEW!

The Maranatha athletic department will be now be using Athletic Training Software (ATS), which is a web based software for entering and tracking all required medical release forms.  All student-athletes must register and complete all modules on the ATS athlete portal (click HERE to access; use "New" for athlete ID and password).  If you would like assistance completing any of the modules please refer to the tutorial link below.  The physicians form may be accessed under the electronic documents section of ATS. This form will need to be downloaded, completed by a physician, scanned and uploaded into your account on ATS.  The physical form will need to be downloaded and completed by a physician.  This form will then need to be scanned and uploaded into your account on ATS.  If you are unable to scan this document, please return it to the Athletic offices and we will be happy to assist you.  Please be sure that all information and signatures required on the online modules are completed or the student-athlete will not be cleared to participate.

Physical Day:  For the convenience of our athletes and families, each summer Maranatha hosts an annual Physical Day at which athletes may complete their physical on-campus at a cost of only $25.  The physicals take place in the Student Center to allow access to our Computer Café so that families can complete the ATS online registration, if they had not done so already.  Families are encouraged to complete the required ATS modules online before coming to the Physical Day.
