Boys Basketball competes in the Olympic League at the Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity levels. Each of Maranatha's three levels compete in regular season tournaments along with both non-league and league play. The Varsity team's tournament schedule is highlighted by an out of town trip that has included Hawaii, San Diego, and Central California. This December the Minutemen will be traveling to the National Prep Classic in Santa Maria where many of the country’s top teams will compete while being viewed by college coaches.
The Boys Basketball program also runs an extensive summer and off season training program. Each summer the program takes weekend trips to college campuses to compete in team camps. The program also conducts individual workouts for offensive skills throughout the off season. Maranatha Basketball hosts a summer league as well as Junior Varsity and Varsity summer tournaments.
