The Maranatha Girls Tennis program seeks individuals who desire to be a part of a team that strives for success, character, and integrity. The Girls Tennis program uniquely develops a strong sense of community that fosters a Christ-like atmosphere of love and encouragement. The philosophy of the tennis program is one that advocates success on and off the court; who the team is on the court should reflect who they are off as well. The program begins with tryouts at the beginning of the school year and unofficially starts practices and group hitting sessions through the summer. The Girls Tennis program has sent players to successfully compete at the college level and seeks to continue this tradition. Maranatha Girls Tennis plays in the Olympic League, CIF Division V. The Girls Tennis Team practices and plays off campus at Occidental College.
