Admissions Checklist

1. Submit the Application (parent form & student form), application fee, latest report card or progress report and a recent photo of the student.  Click HERE  to proceed to the online application.  (If you prefer to print and complete the application by hand, click these links to download and print hard copies of the following 2 application forms: Parent Info, Student Info )
2. Register online for the ISEE entrance exam at http://erblearn.org/parents/admission/isee. Maranatha's school code number is 052686.
3. Submit the following reference forms to the appropriate people at the student's church and current school:
   Pastoral Reference, Administrative Reference, English Reference, Math Reference (click link to open the PDF form).
4. Submit the Transcript Request Form to the student's current school (click link to open the PDF form).
   
   NEW!  The reference forms and transcript request forms are now available as fillable PDF forms.  You may download a copy of each PDF form to your computer and email them to the appropriate person to complete.  The recipient may in turn complete and digitally sign the PDF form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or above) and email it directly to d_middlebrook@mhs-hs.org.  If you prefer to use a hard copy, you may print the PDF forms and have them mailed back to Maranatha when complete.
