Executive Assistant to Head of School: 
Full time 12 month position
 

The Executive Assistant under general direction performs responsible, highly confidential and complex administrative projects for the Head of School. He/She ensures the integrity and accuracy of communications from the Head of School’s office, compliance with contracts, maintains complex and confidential files, assists with administrative and technical details and performs general office duties and operations. It is further the responsibility of this position to work closely, maintain rapport and understand the role and function of the Head of School.

Director of Development:
Full time 12 month position 

The Director of Development reports to the Head of School and is responsible for managing and supervising staff and developing all aspects of  Maranatha's   fundraising  office  including:  Raiser's  Edge (RE)  database  administration  and development,  data services  and gift processing,  and data analytics. The Director of Development is a highly collaborative position  responsible  for  developing  the  technology,  systems,  processes  and  personnel  that  leverages  the  capacity  of  all aspects of a data-driven  Advancement  office from donor acquisition  to long-term donor loyalty to major and estate gifts. The Director of Development also helps to develop and implement fundraising strategies.

Biology Teacher:
2016-17 Academic School Year

Candidates must also demonstrate the skill and wisdom to lead Maranatha’s students in a context of continuous quality improvement integrating faith and learning in a meaningful and measurable framework.

Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field and a Teaching Credential and/or a Master’s Degree in an appropriate field from an accredited institution, as well as high school teaching experience.  He/she will have a proven and successful track record in improving student achievement, preferably in faith-based institutions.
