Minuteman Café

In 2012 the Minuteman Café underwent a metamorphasis to become a restaurant, rather than just a school cafeteria.  With a new philosophy of "Farm to School", our Lé Cordon Bleu trained head chef, Jason Francisco, and his culinary team of Le Cordon Bleu chefs, daily prepare delicious meals with locally sourced fresh fruit and vegetables, grass fed, hormone-free beef and chicken, made from scratch sauces, and fresh baked desserts.  Daily menu items include seasonal, regional and cross cultural cuisines. In addition to serving our students and staff at break and lunch time, the Minuteman Café offers meals-to-go every Monday through Thursday.  Families are able to pre-order from a select menu freshly prepared and packaged individual meals to meet the needs of students who may be on campus for after-school activities, or families who might prefer the convenience of not having to prepare dinner.  Check out the images below for a glimpse at our featured cuisine.
