Providing for and preserving an environment that is safe and conducive for learning is of paramount importance to the Maranatha administration, faculty, and staff. Maranatha proactively strives to maintain a safe and secure campus where the mission of the school can continue to be fulfilled.

Full-time Security Personnel
Since moving to our permanent campus home in 2005, Maranatha High School has had full-time security personnel (24/7) on campus. Our Director of Campus Security and is present on campus before school and throughout the school day.

State-of-the-art video surveillance system
At Maranatha, 16 security cameras have been placed in strategic locations throughout Maranatha’s campus. These cameras have been instrumental in helping us effectively monitor our broad campus.

Collaboration with the Pasadena Police Department
Maranatha enjoys a collaborative relationship with the Pasadena Police Department. Maintaining an active relationship with local law enforcement is critical in the planning and implementation of emergency procedures.
