Communication

Communication is a critical part of any Crisis Preparedness Plan. Maranatha has established policies and procedures using multiple systems to notify our parents, staff and surrounding community in case of an emergency.

Parent Communication
In case of emergency, parents should first check the Situation Update on the Emergency Preparedness web page. If further information is needed, parents may contact the Administration Office at (626) 817-4000.

Student Pick-up
In the event that any student(s) need to be picked up from school due to an emergency or crisis, it is required that a Student Release Form be filled out prior to the student’s departure. Please take time to review and become familiar with this form.

Media Communication
In case of an emergency or crisis situation, the Maranatha High School Development Department will handle all communication with the media. It is our goal to keep the public informed about the crisis while maintaining the privacy of our students.
